Days before Christmas, marketing superstar and amateur detective Ashley "Ash" Tidings has travelled to Santa's North Pole Christmas Town and Amusement Park to help its owner, George Fences, with a new advertising campaign. On her final night there, a freak avalanche knocks out the power and blocks the road... and then George is found dead.
Immediately suspicious, Ashley enlists a few of the park's employees--Sean, the stoic operations worker; Elizabeth, the anxious student intern; and Ryan, the girl-crazy teenage hothead--to investigate. Now, trapped in the North Pole with no way to call for help, Ashley and her new friends at the theme park must race to figure out who killed George, and why. But as the night grows darker, colder and more dangerous, Ashley is about to find out that at the North Pole, everyone has a secret, and some people are willing to do anything to keep theirs hidden.
